Depending on the operating environment (oils, pressure liquids, mordant environment, hydraulic fluid, hot water etc.), temperature and loads, cord lines, rings and belt guide blocks may be made of various materials and be of different hardness:

  • acrylonitrile rubber (Ecorubber-1),
  • fluorine extended rubber  Viton,
  • compounded rubber on their base Ecorubber-2,
  • ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (Ecorubber-3),
  • siloxane rubber (silicone material - Ecosil),
  • polyurethanes.

Materials provide working ability in the temperature range of from -200 up to 300 °С.

Round-cross section rings:

Round-cross section rings (o-ring) are mostly wide spread sealing elements, which are used in various industries. They also are used for sealings in hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, lubrication systems.

It is possible to manufacture rings of different sizes.

Square and rectangular cross-section rings:

Sealing rings of square and rectangular cross-sections serve to prevent bleeding and protect from dust, mud and damp in open flange butt joint and hardwear, plane-parallel and semi-mortise inactive flange butt joints in connecting pieces of pipe work. The rings are usually used in static units, but they can also work at dynamics.

Rings of rectangular cross-sections are used as base rings, which serve to protect seals (mainly during dynamic work of sealed mortise), that means that they themselves do not serve as seals. Rings are used for preventing punching shear of seals into splits of rods/cylinders.

It is possible to manufacture rings of different sizes.

X-shape profile rings:

Sealing ring of the type Q-ring (X-shape) is a seal ring with profile, consisted of 4 curved double-ended edges, which have the same scallops among them. These rings may be used in severe operating conditions, when stiffness is needed in wide range of pressure – low and high. Its constructions prevent curving of the ring in sealing mortise of the machine.

It is possible to manufacture rings of different sizes.

Cord line of circle, rectangular, square, trapeziform and model profiles:

Cord lines are for sealing inactive adapters, protection from dust, mud and also for manufacturing seal rings on the basis of bonding.

Made of polyamide, sheathed with durable fabric.

  • Due to mix of materials in friction twain “guide collar – cup (rod)”, there is no “sticking”;
  • High loading capacity and absence of plastic flow (elastic reaction) down to the limit of tearing;
  • Due to the fact that profile edge has chamfer, there is no pressing into  radius corners of  mounting pocket;
  • Simple head piece via handcraft during packing on large diameters;
  • Use on small diameters up to 50 mm (preferable PTFE+Bronce) is not recommended, as in this case belt guide block takes the shape of the ring badly because of  так как в этом случае из-за elastic reaction.

0,1 meters per second  under a pressure 10 mega Pascal;

1,0 meters per second  under a pressure 6 mega Pascal;

  • Due to mix of materials in friction twain “guide collar – cup (rod)”, there is no “sticking”;
  • Low index of friction;
  • At not enough greasing appears dry running;
  • Good amortization at axial vibration;
  • Breaking-in of  foreign particles is possible;
  • Due to the fact that profile edge has chamfer, there is no pressing into  radius corners of  alighting chase;
  • Limit load is terminated! That’s why the use of belt guide block in horizontal and inclined cylinders is possible only with small diameters of rod and piston (to 300 mm).

Traversing speed:

5 meters per second.

 

Limit load:

≤15 N/mm² at 20ºС

≤7,5 N/mm² at 80ºС

≤5 N/mm² at 120ºС.
