POLYURETHANE SCREENS
High wear resistance of injection molding polyurethanes allows their application in mining and construction. Such polyurethanes are used in the separator screen of equipment used for the ore (and other materials) transportation.
Service life of polyurethane screens is 10 times better compared to that of rubber and metal screens (depends on the material and operating conditions).
Hardness: 60 Shore A – 75 Shore D.
The screen is made modular which allows replacement of its sections without the screen panel removal, and this may significantly reduce repair costs.
